At Festival Hall we want to welcome everyone, including those who have reduced mobility.

Our car park has three designated disabled parking spaces, and the surface from the spaces to the entrance is flat and smooth. Access to the entrance foyer is also level, and made via automatically opening front doors.

The foyer contains a disabled toilet, and also level access to The Festival Ballroom, The Emerson Suite and the bar, all via manually operated doors.

For those organising events that require kitchen facilities, we can confirm that the kitchen is at ground level and access to The Festival Ballroom from the kitchen is made via two sets of manually operated single doors.
The two meeting rooms on the first floor - The Belmont Suite and The Regal Room - are regrettably only accessible via stairs. (We did want to install a lift during the recent renovation of the Festival Hall, but we were prevented by the challenges of converting a 90 year old building).

Our management offices are also located on the first floor, however staff will happily arrange consultations in an accessible room if required.
