VE Day 80th Anniversary Big Band Tea Dance

Step back in time and celebrate 80 years of VE Day with an unforgettable Big Band Tea Dance
at Festival Hall,hosted by Alderley Edge Parish Council.
This special event brings the spirit of the 1940s to life with the Wychcraft Big Band and A-Train Swing Disco,
filling the hall with the sounds of the era and the perfect rhythm for an afternoon of dancing.
The venue will be transformed into a vintage dance hall, immersing guests in the atmosphere of wartime celebrations. Join us in your finest 40s attire, and take to the floor as we relive the jubilation of Victory in Europe Day.
There will even be prizes for the best-dressed guests, so dig out your vintage outfits and dancing shoes!
Your ticket includes a light beef lunch and a slice of the official WI VE Day cake, ensuring a truly traditional experience. A fully stocked bar will also be available for purchasing drinks.
Tickets are £10 and must be pre-booked via the link below or in person at the Parish Council offices.
