Martyn Cawthorne of Gong Spa is coming to Festival Hall. He has spoken about Gong Baths on Radio 2 and Radio 4 and has been working with gongs for 6 years.

A Gong Bath is an opportunity for a little  "me time". All you have to do is bring a mat, blanket and pillow, make yourself snuggly and relax, as the sounds and vibrations of the gongs take you on a journey inwards. A lovely cup of jasmine tea will be served afterwards while you come around. Martyn loves to create a caring environment for you to relax and feel safe.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in gently.
